Where can I find you? What are your opening hours?

The workshop is located at Priehradna 34 in Liptovsky Mikulas. The workshop does not have fixed opening hours; please schedule an appointment in advance by phone or email.

How much will I pay for diagnostics?

Diagnostics are absolutely free, even if you refuse the repair. You only pay for consumables in very specific cases.

I cannot find a price list for repairs anywhere.

Every repair is purely individual depending on the nature of the problem and the type of device. Following the diagnostic phase, we will inform you of the repair cost in advance.

Do you repair mobile phones as well?

No, we do not service mobile phones due to time and capacity constraints.

What is the delivery time for a custom PC?

Delivery times typically vary between 5 to 7 days. This primarily depends on component stock availability and the client's specific requirements.

Can I see a showcase of your work somewhere?

You can find showcases of our builds and repair work on our Facebook page or Instagram. There you will also discover news, promotions, and further testimonials.

Can I bring my own components for a build?

Using pre-purchased components is perfectly fine, but the customer assumes liability for the functionality of the supplied parts. The warranty for the assembly or service work remains completely unaffected by this.

Do you have a price list for builds? I found a seemingly better deal from a large e-commerce store.

You may find an identical build that equates to being a few euros cheaper than ours, but that is precisely where its advantage ends. "Free assembly" accurately reflects the quality of the performed labor, which we have verified numerous times. A massive retail operation lacks both the time and resources for personalized consultation and the extensive hours required to tune and test a single machine.

Can I withdraw from the contract within 14 days when purchasing a custom-built PC?

All our setups are specifically designed and realized as custom-made works, making withdrawal from the purchase contract impossible.

How does the payment process work?

You can settle the service payment in cash or via an instant bank transfer when picking up the repaired device at the workshop. In the case of custom computers, an upfront payment is strictly required.
